Raintree Lake HOA Board Meeting Minutes
The regular meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Board was conducted on October twenty-seventh ,2023 at the association hall. The meeting commenced promptly at 6:30 PM with President, Mr. John Smith , presiding over the present board members.

This announces you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are instituting several strategies designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.
Effective immediately the coming weeks, we will be modifying our landscape maintenance routine. This includes more frequent mowing of grass areas and additional landscaping projects. Our dedicated team will work diligently exceptional service to ensure that Raintree Lake remains a welcoming/delightful/picturesque community for all.
